Do you work on-site?
No — ZABLEY is a fully remote company. Consultations happen over video call, support happens over secure remote sessions, and projects are delivered online. For the work we do (websites, AI, software, IT support), remote delivery is faster and more cost-effective than on-site visits, and it means you're never paying for travel time.

How much does a website cost?
Most small-business website projects in Ontario fall between $2,500 and $8,000 depending on the number of pages, custom functionality, and content needs. Every ZABLEY project is quoted individually as a fixed price before work begins — no hourly surprises. All quotes are subject to HST.
How long does a website take to build?
A typical small-business website takes 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch, assuming content and branding materials are available. Larger sites or projects with custom functionality take longer — the timeline is part of every quote.
Do I own my website?
Completely. Your domain name is registered to you, the site code is yours, and nothing is locked to a proprietary platform. If you ever leave ZABLEY, you take everything with you.
What is a website care plan?
A monthly service that covers hosting management, software and security updates, content changes, uptime monitoring, and priority support. ZABLEY care plans start at $150/month and mean you never have to think about your website's upkeep.
Will my website be accessible / AODA compliant?
Yes. Every ZABLEY website is built to the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standard required by Ontario's AODA — proper heading structure, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and sufficient colour contrast are built in from the start, not retrofitted later.
Is SEO included with a new website?
Local SEO fundamentals are included in every build: optimized title tags and meta descriptions, LocalBusiness schema markup, a submitted sitemap, and Google Search Console setup. These fundamentals are what most DIY and template sites are missing.

What AI services does ZABLEY offer?

How much does an AI chatbot cost?
It depends on complexity. Simple website chatbots trained on your business information are an affordable entry point; custom chatbots integrated with your booking, inventory, or CRM systems cost more. Every project is scoped and quoted individually.
Is my business data safe with AI tools?
It can be — if it's set up properly. We configure AI tools so your customer and business data isn't used to train public models, and we'll tell you plainly when a use case has privacy implications under PIPEDA. This is a core part of every AI engagement.
IT Support
How does remote IT support work?
You describe the problem by email or phone, and we connect through a secure remote session to diagnose and fix it — you can watch everything happening on your screen. Most business IT issues (software, email, configuration, security, network settings) are fully resolvable remotely.
What if a problem can't be fixed remotely?
The vast majority of business IT problems are software-side and can be resolved remotely. For genuine hardware failures, we diagnose the issue remotely and coordinate with a local repair shop or your hardware vendor, so you're not paying a technology consultant to do courier work.

How do quotes and payment work?
Initial consultations are free. You get a written fixed-price quote before any work begins, with HST itemized. Larger projects are typically split into a deposit and a completion payment. Ongoing services like care plans bill monthly.
What do you need from me to get started?
For websites: your logo and branding (if any), the content you want included, and access to your domain registrar. For AI and IT work: a description of the problem and access to the relevant systems. We guide you through all of it — most clients are surprised how little of their time it takes.
